In the intricate web of military justice, where fairness and integrity are paramount, the case of Captain Juan Gale stands as a stark testament to the abuse of power and systematic misconduct. At the heart of this grave injustice lies the persistent and malicious pursuit by Senior Judge Advocate (SJA) Eberle, whose actions and influence have repeatedly undermined the very foundations of military justice.

The Puppet Master: Eberle's Influence Over Lopes

SJA Eberle’s entanglement in the wrongful prosecution of Captain Juan Gale began through her mentorship of the newly appointed prosecutor, Lopes. Throughout Lopes' tenure, Eberle guided her every step, a mentorship that culminated in a series of unlawful actions. Among the most egregious was the falsification of a subpoena, a critical maneuver intended to bolster the baseless charges against Gale. This act alone highlights the lengths to which Eberle was willing to go, using her authority to orchestrate a campaign of legal harassment.

Strategizing From Afar: Eberle’s Remote Manipulation

The relentless pursuit didn’t stop even when Eberle was physically absent. As revealed in court by Gale's attorney, during a temporary duty assignment (TDY) while in transit, Eberle was actively texting JAG prosecution with detailed instructions on how to salvage the faltering case against Gale. This remote strategizing underscores her determination to ensure Gale's prosecution continued unabated, irrespective of the mounting evidence of prosecutorial misconduct.

Orchestrating Unlawful Influence: A Conspiracy Exposed

The conspiracy to wrongfully prosecute Captain Gale became increasingly apparent through the testimonies of key individuals involved in the case. Kocheski, Coyle, and Voigt, under oath, revealed that it was Eberle who devised the plan to dismiss the charges without prejudice, with the explicit intention to recharge Gale under the guise of a new command. This tactical move was nothing short of an abuse of power, demonstrating Eberle’s blatant disregard for due process and her unwavering commitment to seeing Gale convicted, irrespective of the cost.

Defiance of Judicial Recommendations

Eberle's relentless pursuit was further evidenced by her own admission under oath. Despite the Article 32 judge's recommendation in December 2022 against proceeding to court-martial, Eberle advised otherwise, pushing for not one, but two court-martials. This defiance of judicial recommendations reflects her unyielding resolve to prosecute Gale, showcasing a profound misuse of her advisory role and a significant deviation from the principles of justice she was sworn to uphold.

The Role of the SJA: A Call for Accountability

The functions of the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) are clear: to provide sound legal advice, administer fair and timely processes, and ensure justice within the military system. Eberle’s actions stand in stark contrast to these responsibilities. Instead of fostering a fair and just environment, she manipulated the legal process, exerted undue influence, and perpetuated a cycle of unlawful actions aimed at Captain Gale.

Conclusion: Seeking Justice for Juan Gale

The case of Captain Juan Gale is a glaring example of how power can be misused to persecute rather than protect. SJA Eberle's malicious pursuit, characterized by mentorship-induced misconduct, remote strategizing, orchestrated recharges, and defiance of judicial advice, demands immediate and thorough scrutiny. As advocates for justice, we must call for an independent investigation into Eberle's actions, ensuring that such abuses of power are brought to light and that those responsible are held accountable.

Justice for Juan Gale is not just about rectifying the wrongs done to one individual; it is about restoring faith in a system designed to uphold justice and integrity. It is time to demand accountability and ensure that those entrusted with power wield it responsibly and ethically.

I saw Colonel Eberle try to deflect blame to her trial counsel in court look desperatly at the Trial Counsel for help while she was on stand. Captain Gales Lawyer said " Don't look at them for signals, look at me. Your the SJA, you advise them!" She crumbled. Completely horrible and dangerous SJA.

Completely evil , stupid and vindictive advice to command. I’d never hire her on the civilian side.

This hits close to home. SJA Eberle's calculated manipulation of Captain Juan Gale's prosecution is deeply personal to anyone who values fairness and integrity. Her mentorship-turned-malfeasance, from falsifying subpoenas to orchestrating a relentless pursuit of charges, is a stark betrayal of trust. Even while away on temporary duty, she was pulling strings to ensure Gale's continued persecution, ignoring clear signs of misconduct. Her blatant disregard for judicial advice and due process isn't just a breach of duty; it's a personal attack on an innocent officer's career and reputation. The toll this injustice takes on Gale, both personally and professionally, is devastating. It's time for a thorough investigation into Eberle's actions to uncover the full extent of her abuse of power…

I know people who work with Lt Colonel Eberle or have had worked with her at the 72nd Wing building at Tinker, AFB. Apparently she has a vendetta against any males no matter what and has allegedly stated as such multiple times gleefully going after them to anyone who would listen. I fully believe my friend after reading this story. If Lt Colonel Eberle treats her responsibility like a high school vindictive ex, this is 1 thousand percent believable.

Bingo, heres the root of all evil here. Janet was embarrassed of her JAGs performance. Being the SJA the fault, embarrassment, malicious advising of the General, Colonels, Lt Colonels, falls on her shoulders. Rather than take responsibility its easier to "bump up the charges" against a male in todays society and "recharge" with the same charges under a new commander (would NEVER BE ALLOWED in the civilian world). Keep it going because the Captain will cave eventually right?, or worse kill himself. Breaks my heart. Your time in the military will end Janet eventually, this story, if true, will last forever.
