In an egregious display of power abuse and incompetence, Colonel Keven P. Coyle (allegedly on track for Star), has emerged as the embodiment of unlawful military injustice. His relentless and unfounded pursuit of Captain Juan Gale reveals not only his malicious intent but also highlights the severe threat he poses to justice and the taxpayers who fund this travesty.
March 2022 - April 2022: Baseless Accusations and a Clown’s Attempt at Intimidation
Colonel Coyle’s actions began to unravel in March 2022, when he ordered Captain Gale to report without legal counsel—a clear manipulation attempt to undermine Gale's right to defense. Coyle unleashed a torrent of abuse, branding Gale a disgrace to the Air Force. Despite the lack of evidence, Coyle offered two Article 15 punishments just two weeks apart for abuse of power and harassment, reducing the sexual assault allegations to assault consummated by battery. Each time, Gale's lawyers found that Coyle and the 72nd JAG provided zero supporting evidence, violating Captain Gale's right to review evidence as stipulated by "Commander and the Law" and DAFI 51-202. These regulations clearly state that the accused has the right to examine all statements and evidence considered by the commander in deciding to offer nonjudicial punishment (NJP), including summaries of statements provided by victims or witnesses. Yet, driven by a fragile ego and a malicious agenda, Coyle pressed on, showing a shocking disregard for justice.
April 2022: Court-Martial Escalation
By April 2022, after nearly a year of harassment and false accusations, Gale turned down the second Article 15 and demanded a court-martial—a bold move that rarely happens once, let alone twice. This exposed Coyle's vindictive nature. Furious, Coyle ordered the JAG to proceed with court-martial charges, escalating the allegations back to sexual assault five months later! This clear manipulation and misuse of power underscored Coyle's salacious intent and circus of incompetence.
December 2022: Absurd and Baseless AWOL Accusations
In a desperate attempt to break Gale, three days before the pretrial Article 32 hearing, Coyle accused him of being AWOL for five months. This accusation, easily disproven by memos from Gale’s supervisors, highlighted Coyle’s unyielding thirst to see Gale punished regardless of the truth. Despite clear evidence of Gale’s presence, Coyle issued a Letter of Counseling (LOC), showing his desire to see Gale hanged.
May 2023: The Revelation of Malice and Incompetence
Under questioning by Gale's civilian attorney, Coyle admitted he was acting on orders from Major General Koscheski to push for a court-martial, regardless of evidence. This stunning revelation of unlawful command influence shocked the military judge and revealed a gross violation of the UCMJ. According to "Commander and the Law," a military JAG guide for commanders, leaders must not imply they expect a particular result in a case or manipulate the court-martial process to ensure specific results.
May 2023 When Asked Why: A Foolish Admission
When allegedly asked the question about why he continued to press forward despite every accusation being continuously disproven, it was reported that Colonel Coyle responded with, "Oh, everyone just said he was a bad guy." If true, this flippant and baseless justification highlights the sheer incompetence and personal bias driving Coyle's actions, further undermining the integrity of the military justice system.
February 2024: Colonel Coyle's Hypocrisy
In a shocking display of hypocrisy, it was additionally reported that Colonel Coyle allegedly stated in court that "this has taken too long and affected so many people." What Coyle fails to acknowledge is that it is HIS OWN actions, his persistent and baseless pursuit, that have prolonged the case against Captain Gale and caused unnecessary distress to countless individuals. This statement highlights Coyle's complete disregard for accountability and his attempt to deflect blame for the chaos he has caused.
The Danger of Leaders Like Colonel Coyle in the Armed Forces
Leaders like Colonel Coyle pose a significant danger to the integrity and effectiveness of the armed forces. His actions demonstrate a willingness to abuse power for personal vendettas, undermining the very principles of justice and fairness that the military is supposed to uphold. Such behavior erodes trust within the ranks, creates a toxic environment, and can lead to the persecution of innocent individuals. In addition, it sets a dangerous precedent that senior officers can manipulate the system without consequence, ultimately weakening the military's moral and ethical foundation. In a broader sense, leaders like Coyle jeopardize the cohesion and operational effectiveness of the armed forces, as trust and integrity are paramount to successful military operations.
Taxpayer Impact: A Costly Vendetta
Colonel Coyle’s malicious pursuit of Gale has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars on baseless investigations and legal proceedings. His actions not only undermine military justice but also burden citizens with the cost of his personal vendetta. Funds spent on these frivolous charges could have supported actual military needs and families, rather than fueling Coyle’s ego-driven crusade. Like King George III during the revolution, this is clear tyranny!
The Downfall of Colonel Coyle
Colonel Keven P. Coyle’s reign of terror reveals a leader who not only misuses his authority but also poses a significant threat to justice and taxpayers. His relentless and baseless pursuit of Captain Gale underscores the urgent need for accountability and integrity in military leadership. The military justice system must protect the innocent and ensure that those in power cannot manipulate it for their own ends. Taxpayers deserve leaders who uphold justice, not those who squander resources on personal vendettas.
Timeline of Malice:
Offered Gale two Article 15s (3/22 and 4/22).
Initially brought charges against Captain Juan Gale, setting the stage for subsequent legal proceedings (8/22).
Signed off on false accusations of Gale being AWOL, later proven unfounded (12/22).
Confessed under oath (5/23) that his decision to send the case to court-martial was influenced by General Koscheski, acknowledging, “We are going to court,” pointing to potential unlawful command influence (UCI).
Colonel Keven P. Coyle’s actions are a glaring example of the dangers of unchecked power within the military, posing a significant threat to justice and the taxpayers who fund the system. His embarrassing conduct and foolishness have left a stain on military justice, demanding immediate accountability and reform.

This article about Colonel Keven P. Coyle is infuriating! Coyle seems to have made it his mission to go after Captain Juan Gale with baseless accusations and abuse of power. From trying to intimidate Gale without legal counsel to pushing false charges and wasting taxpayer money, Coyle’s behavior is appalling. His actions not only show a total disregard for justice but also highlight how dangerous it is to have leaders who abuse their power for personal vendettas. The military needs to step up, hold Coyle accountable, and ensure that such reckless behavior doesn't continue to tarnish the system.
What a clown 🤡. Any veteran that has served, or any civilian willing to google regulation's and guidelines will see that offering 2x Article 15s with no evidence is a HUGE BLUFF and the UCMJ STRICTLY WARNS AGAINST. Then Tinker JAG "Magically" up's the charges 5 months later? Doesn't matter how "great" Coyle was to others, its obvious he was trying to cover up his incompetence by using his position to bury Captain Gale. Keep fighting Captain!
I’ve worked and known Col Coyle for many years! I would say having this come across my Facebook doesn’t set well either. He has always been a positive role model and great influence. I for one do not believe he went around punishing and harassment on a fellow military member. I find this article to be very one sided. Get to know all he has done in his time as a military leader. I’m sure there’s way more to this story!
TWO ARTICLE 15 OFFERS, 14 DAYS APART?!, and Gale declined them both? LEGENDARY , bumping up the charges months later with no evidences other than apprent commands feelings were hurt, SHADY, SUPER FUCKING SHADY
I have heard of the underhanded ways Coyle would give the good jobs to his fellow Mormons…. Just sayin…
